01.Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to operate the site. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address only. When you use the search function, search queries are processed server-side and not stored. We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or payment information.
02.How We Use Your Information
Your email address, if provided, is used solely to send The Pulse Brief newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties. Server log data is used to diagnose technical issues, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use this data to build individual user profiles.
03.Cookies
SixerPulse uses minimal cookies. We use a session cookie for search functionality and Google Analytics cookies to understand aggregate site traffic (pages visited, time on site, geographic region). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to function normally.
04.Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use SixerPulse in aggregate — which articles are most read, where traffic comes from, and which devices are used. Google Analytics data is anonymised and aggregated. We have enabled IP anonymisation. We do not use Google Analytics Advertising features.
05.Data Retention
Newsletter subscriber email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link. Upon unsubscription, your email is permanently deleted within 30 days. Server log data is retained for 90 days for security purposes, then deleted.
06.Third-Party Services
SixerPulse embeds no third-party advertising, social media widgets, or tracking pixels. Images are served from our own domain and from Unsplash (a royalty-free image service). The only third-party analytics service is Google Analytics, described above.
07.Your Rights
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@sixerpulse.com. We will respond within 30 days.
08.Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revision date. Continued use of SixerPulse after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
